VELLA KOZHUKATTAI (step by step)






INGREDIENTS:

 + Cardamom powder



PROCEDURE:

1.Add one cup rice flour,1/4 cup water,salt as required and mix it to a thick consistency as shown below.



2.Heat pan.Add ghee.


3.Add the grated coconut ,grated jaggery,cardamom powder and mix it well for 10 min on medium flame.



4.Add the jaggery mixture to the rice dough and make balls/bag.






5.Steam it for 10-15 min and remove it from flame.
