VEGETABLE NOODLES



INGREDIENTS:

1.white noodles/egg noodles - 1 packet 
2.water- 4 cups
3.julienned  vegetables (carrot,beans,capsicum,cabbage(opt))- 2 cups
4.green chilli sauce -2 tsp
5.soya sauce - 1 tsp
6.tomato sauce -2 tsp 
7.salt as required
8.pepper +roasted gram powder - 2 tsp
9.vinegar-1/2 tsp(opt)
10.large onion- 1 (finely chopped)
11.garlic-2  cloves(finely chopped)
12.cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
13.oil 
14.spring onions-1/2 cup (finely chopped)

PROCEDURE:

1.Boil the noodles with one tsp of oil,drain it and keep it aside.
2.Heat the pan,add  cumin seeds,garlic cloves,spring onion,onion and cook till the onion turns golden.
3.Add the vegetables and cook for 4 min in a high flame.
4.Sprinkle some water so that vegetables are half cooked.
5.Add salt and the drained noodles and toss them.
6.Add chilli sauce,tomato sauce and soya sauce ant toss till they get mixed well .
7.Add the peeper+roasted gram powder to the noodles and mix well.
8.Remove it from the flame and garnish it with chopped spring onion.
