TAMARIND RASAM(step by step recipe)
1.Grind the following with little coriander and keep it aside
2.Mix the tamarind pulp with the turmeric powder,little water and add few corriander leaves and keep it aside.
3.Heat pan,add oil,mustard and curry leaves.
4.Add the grind mixture and cook for two min.
5.Add the pulp mixture to it and add salt as required.
6.When its about to boil completely switch off the flame and remove the pan.(ref the image below)
7.Serve the rasam hot.
