INGREDIENTS FOR KOFTA BALLS : 1. boneless chicken -1/2 kg (grinded ) 2.chilli powder - 1 tsp 3. garam masala - 1 tsp 4.pepper powder - 2 tsp 5.salt - 1/2 tsp 6.gingergarlic paste - 1 tsp 7.turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp INGREDIENTS FOR THE CURRY: 1.oil- 3 large tsps 2.cinnamom -1 3.green cardamom -1 5.clove -1 6.bayleaf -1 7.garam masala-1/2 tsp 8.chilli powder - 2 tsp 9.salt as required 10. large onion - 1 (grated ) 11.tomato - 2 ( grinded ) or tomato puree 12.spring onion/coriander leaves - for garnishing 13. pepper powder - 1/2 tsp 14.water - cup 15.curry leaves  16.turmeric powder-1/4 tsp PROCEDURE: 1.Add grinded chicken into a bowl. 2.Add the other kofta balls ingredients along with the chicken and mix it well. 3.Make into small balls,deep fry it and keep it aside. 4.Take another pan , heat oil and add cinnamom,clove,bayleaf,cardamom,curry leaves. 5.Add the grated onion and cook till it turns brown. 6.Add the tomato puree and cook till the ra...

DRUMSTICK,BRINJAL SAMBAR(step by step recipe)

INGREDIENTS: PROCEDURE: 1.Cook 1 cup thoor dal with 3 cups water, little turmeric powder and little asafoetida powder(pergungayam thool). 2.Heat pan add mustard,methi (vendayam) and curry leaves. 3.Add onion,chiili( dry red chilli is more preferable than green chilli) and cook till it turns golden. 4.Add tomatoes and cook till its raw smell goes off. 5.Add drumstick and brinjal and cook it for 2 min. 6.Take the cooker with the thoor dal and add the mixture from pan, chilli powder,tamarind pulp,salt as required,corriander leaves,water 2 cups,close the cooker and remove it from flame after  2 whistles. 7.Wait till the pressure comes down,open the lid and serve it hot with plain white rice.
