Nandu Masala - Step wise recipe


Ingredients:

Crabs- 4 Nos
Big Onion -1
Tomato -2
Fennel seeds-1 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 small stick
Cardamom -1
Curry leaves- as much as required
Salt- as much as  required
Chilli powder- 2 tsps
Garam masala- 1tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Oil - as much as required
chilli - 3 nos
ginger garlic paste- 2 tsps

Directions:

Add oil in pan. Saute onions,chilli,curry leaves.


Add salt to onion to cook sooner.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the onions are totally mashed.
Add the tomatoes.

Once the onion and tomato are mashed up completely add the chilli powder, garam  masala  , coriander powder and turmeric powder.

Saute for 2 mins and grind the masala when warmed.

Add oil in pan and add the cinnamon stick, cardamom , fennel seeds and the blended masala.






















Saute the masala for 5 mins and add the cleaned crab.

clean the crab with turmeric.




















Add 1/2 glass of water and close the lid and cook for 5-10 mins and with open lid for 5 mins till the crab turns orange.

Add pepper at the end and switch it off.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice.
